- All bookings are subject to availability.

- Once your booking is received, you will receive a confirmation with the details of your session, including date, time, and location.

- Please review the confirmation to ensure accuracy and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.

- We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee.

- Full payment is due at the time of booking to secure your training session.

- We accept bank transfers and our details will be sent via invoice to your email address.

- Refunds are available for cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice.

- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session.

- Our training packages are non-refundable.

- Please be ready on time for your scheduled session. If you are running late, contact us as soon as possible.

- Sessions will end at the scheduled time, even if the client is late.

- Upon completion of a training package, you will receive a certification for your dog.

- Our walking training sessions are typically held outdoors. In the event of inclement weather, we will work with you to reschedule the session.
